Incubator’s working environment and condition


In order to use double screen machine better, maximize the good performance of equipment and achieve the best hatching effect. Now we provide you with the most basic external environment conditions of incubation equipment for reference.
1. The space requirements of the hatching hall.
The hatching hall is a place for putting the incubation equipment. When design the hatching hall, you must fully consider the characteristics of the incubation equipment itself. So the hatching hall space must be designed on the size, number and the disposal of the incubation equipment.
The total length of hatching hall should be (take model 19200 for example) L = 3.36 m × n (The number of single-row machine) + 2 X 0.5 m (space between the machine and wall) + (n-1) × x (space between machines). Note: it is recommended that you buy the conjunct machine for saving money and space.
The total width of hatching hall depends on the type and arrangement of machine. If put with double row and face to face, the hatch hall inside diameter width is B = 2.52 m x 2 + 3 m (operation space width between the equipment room with two row) + 2 x 0.6 m (space between back boxboard of incubation equipment and wall), general design for 9 m. If only put with single row, and the net width of hatching hall is just about 6 m.
It suggested the height of the hatching hall should be more than 4.5 m, the lowest one should not be less than 3.5 m. Because of the total height of hatch equipment for 2.64 m (take model 19200 for example), the space between the top of incubation equipment and the ceiling should not be less than 1.5 meters, which is helpful to air circulation.
2. The ground requirements in the hatching hall
The ground in hatching hall can be paved with cement, terrazzo and floor tile etc. In consideration of the weight of the trolley filled with breeding eggs, the bearing capacity of the ground should be > 750 Kg/m2, and the flatness of ground should be < 5 mm.
There should be drains in front of incubation equipment, so the sewage produced from washing the incubation equipment can exhaust outside the hall through drain line. Drain is covered with the iron railings, and it is easy to facilitate carts when the iron railing is with the same level of the ground. It is better to have some slopes on the floor before the hatching equipment,, so that the water from the hatching equipment can flow into the gutter.
3. The requirements about temperature and humidity in hatching hall.
The temperature inside the hatching hall should be kept in 20 ~ 27 ℃. If the conditions allow, users can install conditioning or heating installation in hatching hall, in order to regulate the high temperature in summer and cold in winter. The general user can use underground fire road, firewall or coal stove in winter to improve the indoor temperature and can use pumping cooling air or cooling pad in summer.
The relative humidity should be hold between 60 ~ 80% RH inside the hatching hall. The environmental humidity relatively is low in the northern region, they need pour more water on the ground in order to keep indoor humidity, and increase natural volatile quantity to make up the deficiency of the environment humidity.
4. The ventilation requirements in the hatching hall
In order to add plenty of fresh air into hatching hall, the air intake pipe and air intake fan should be installed under this circumstance of the natural ventilation insufficient. As the air inlet of incubation equipment opens directly in the room, the quality of ambient air in hatching hall directly affects the setter rate and hatching rate of the machine. Therefore, it is best to pre-treat the air which enters the incubator, or re-enters incubator after air conditioning adjusting, and ensure that the total gas input is greater than total air displacement.
The hatching hall should have a good exhausting system. It is best to exhaust waste gas generated from embryonic with the form of pipe outside. The waste gas which is with high temperature and dirty through each machine’s branch pipelines gathers to the main pipeline, then exhausted outside from the main pipeline to avoid the repeated use of the waste gas. Especially the exhaust pipe should be installed in the Hatcher room, which can expel chicken fuzz effectively outside, avoid fuzz into the control system of machine. The whole incubation environment should follow the principle of positive pressure in the hatching hall, negative pressure with the hatcher.
5. The water supply requirements in the hatching hall.
The water supply is only to meet the need of setter’s humidifying in the hatching hall. Some spray humidifying or water-cooling device installed on the machine, which cannot live without water.
The water supplied in hatching hall should be tap water, which is clean water with lower mineral content; It would be prohibited from using the hard water with untreated and high content of iron, calcium (such as deep well water). Hard water has a high mineral content which easily generates the incrustation scale. It can jam the hole on humidification hydro-extracting sheet after using a long time, which influences the humidifying effect; it is also easy to jam humidifying nozzle when using spray humidifying equipment, which makes the spray system doesn't work.
With regard to the spray humidifying or water-cooling device, water supply pressure should be held in 3 ~ 5 Kg/cm2. Water source temperature of water cooling should be less than 15℃, otherwise it will affect water cooling effect.
6. The power supply requirements in the hatching hall
The incubation equipment uses three-phase AC power, the power supply connected into three phases five line system, i.e. The three-phase fire line (A phase, B phase, C phase), one center line (or called "zero line" N), one protective ground wire (PE line). The power supply parameters for three-phase five wires are: line voltage 380 V plus or minus 10%, phase voltage 220 V plus or minus 10%, frequency is 50 Hz.
The electric power of incubation equipment is large, so we must consider whether the conductor cross-sectional area of transmission and distribution meets the requirements in the layout design of hatching hall. A individual machine branch wire of conductor cross- sectional area generally is: copper wire 2.5mm2, aluminum wire 4mm2, It is suggested to choose the four-core copper cable 2.5mm2 (take model 19200 for example); the trunk cross-sectional area in hatching hall is designed according to the number of the machine, and generally of 10 ~ 25mm2.
▲ electrician common sense: 1mm2 can carry 5 ~ 7 A current.
It is suggested that every machine have independent power supplies, namely stall air knife switch or air switch behind the individual machine (30 A is appropriate). The total power switch should better choose the air switch with leakage protection devices in hatching hall, which can effectively protect equipment and human safety. Here you should pay attention to the importance of "midline" (or "zero line") in the machine, please properly connect "zero line" of the device, it is forbidden to put an end to cascade the knife switch or the fuse on the zero line. It is suggested installing lightning strikes device for the users in thunder areas, in case lightning damage the machine in the summer.
Note: considering the particularity of the incubation equipment, hatchery must be equipped with generating units to prepare for emergency use when the power is failure. On the choice of power generating units must calculate the sum of total power with all the machines in the hatchery and 25% loss of generating unit itself, in addition considering the chicken house or other illumination, please refer to the incoming chapter 10 for the detail.
